Actually, all of them (all the blas, all the cblas and all the lapack)
*were* installed. What I needed to do was *uninstall* them, *then*
install blas-atlas and lapack-atlas. Everything looks OK with just the
two "atlas" ones, so I'm going to re-install the others.
