An update:
All problems reported so far have been fixed in the overlay
- pkg-config files (acml, *-reference, blas-goto)
- configuration seg fault on blas-atlas (was a mem-leak of my patch only
on x86)
- you should not need to de-emerge the blas files anymore (version deps
on virtuals).
I also updated mkl, and fixed the default behaviour to match the
upstream standard. Now the threaded library (180Mb) is the default, and
the serial or int64 ones are controlled by use flag (require a 300Mb
library to download).
I'm planning to keep the changes in the overlay for a week then commit
to the main tree.
