This shouldn't be the cause, because Peter is able to play other video+audio 
with Firefox.  Clearly this is some interaction with Facebook's pages.  I'm 
not the best person to advise about this problem because I don't use Facebook 
at all.  I had to borrow another machine to try it out.

All I can think is to play with the Autoplay settings we discussed already and 
see if unblocking the Facebook website helps.
