I did a update a while back and I had to reset something.  I think
Firefox worked but some other video player didn't.  Best guess in that
case, update reset something.  I can't recall but I think it disabled
something in the little speaker icon on the bottom of my KDE panel
thingy.  Maybe it set to a device this system doesn't use or
something???  Dang, I can't recall for sure tho.  Just a thought.
