If you have installed plasma + qtwebengine, you already have a version of 
sorts of the Chromium application.  Just emerge www-client/falkon and see if 
it works with the media you want to enjoy.

Or, for a quick test the binary chrome browser would be a quicker affair than 
emerging chrommium.
