Unless you have a fairly new, retail version of NT you will have to pay them for the
support. Better to ask your questions here, if it's fairly simple, or on one of the NT
newsgroups. Lots of people on this group use NT, like me, and we can probably sort
you out.
If all else fails you can find the Microsoft technical support stuff on their web site
somewhere. If your computer came loaded with NT the retailer is responsible for
supporting it.
