Thanks for your reply. I looked at the readme file for the new USGS OM8 and
then put the files in the directories that were specified there.  The main
difference if I remember correctly is that all the folders for bin, ohm,
etc... are in a folder called resourcefiles now in version 8.0.
So you are having success with all the new Gxs?  Are you using OM 8.1 or
8.0? The only ones that seem to work for me are the ones that don't require
.pst files like RTP calculation or upward continuation.  I have had some
other problems so am considering either reinstalling 8.0 or updating to 8.1.
