Hi Todd, I'm not sure if you are aware of this already and it's not working for you, but there are options within Target to reduce the outgoing image file size. In the "Export Map" dialog (see below) you can change the exported file format. In addition to this, reducing the DPI (dots per inch) will make the file size smaller.

The image file size is very big (much bigger than what is generated with other software I have used). I want to be able to reduce the file sizes so I can email (and also so they don't take up so much hard drive space). I can open all files with Windows Photo Viewer but can't use this software to reduce the file size. I seem to be able to open the odd file with Paint but generally get an error message saying "it is not a valid file or its format is not currently supported". I have the same problem with other programs. Any ideas?
