WRT the /wms/animate endpoint, does that mean WebMapService/DefaultWebMapService will be extended with an animate(...) method just like it was done for the kml reflector? Even though this work is unlikely to be moved to a separate module as it's wanted for kml, IMHO it'd be nice if an extra method wasn't required.
