Reply form Ian Turton: I deleted the pages as we no longer produce the installers, feel free to add the instructions to produce an installer for windows else where in the docs, but try not to give the impression that there is an installer than people can download and use when there isn't one.

I think removing the OSX installer is not a big issue (I can't believe there are people using OSX at all these days...). But why was the help on the Windows Installer removed? There are plenty of users using it (event though they have to create the installer manually)...
