Per the Geoserver documentation I should have a geowebcache.xml file at
data_dir/gwc. Per the GeoWebCache documentation there should be a
geowebcache-servlet.xml file at WEB-INF and a geowebcache.xml file at
WEB-INF/classes. But at run time Geoserver seems to be looking for the
geowebcache.xml file at some resources directory. Does anyone knows where
the correct location is?
Now, the question is, if I don't have a geowebcache.xml file why is the demo
page listing all the layers correctly?
