Thanks for the reply. We use GeoServer 2.0.2 at the moment, but we have the option to upgrade to 2.1. We will try to go by that route.

GeoServer 2.0.x does not, if you have to do it there and use a database I suggest you enable "expose primary keys" (assuming it's available in 2.0.3, I don't remember) and then query the pk as a normal attribute Hope this helps Cheers Andrea -- ------------------------------------------------------- Ing.
