For info, I expect:
- About 3 classes for the first version (so this is a very
small module on a Java source point of view).
- A 675 kb uncompressed ASCII file (to be commited on SVN),
which is 222 kb after compression (in the JAR file).

I don't feel so. I don't think that the LGPL license can apply to the database
(and probably not to
the derived Java code neither). I don't know how to words the license in that
case.

Not sure. For now he is doing the review that I asked him to do. I do not
expect a lot of changes to
this module once commited, a little bit like the only maintenance work required
right now for
gt2-epsg-hsql is to update the database when a new one is available. So I was
expecting to be the
module maintainer for that one (meaning: just ensuring that it still working
smootly with the main
referencing module), and applying the user-provided patchs if needed.
