I have also placed all of the bugs assigned to James Macgill into the 
unassigned state.

That gives us 127 bugs unassigned:

Normally I only worry about this when we hit 200 unassigned bugs :-) But 
since we are nearing the end of 2.4 we may want to go through this list now.

Aside: We have a lot of unscheduled bugs as well; I am less worried 
about that - as the module maintainers can keep their own schedule.
