Heh, I don't know. Every issue that's not assigned to a release 
basically does not exist to me, since I have my hands full with the ones
scheduled against a release (and for me, scheduled against a release
means a Geoserver one, fixing gt2 issues is a by product of that).

I'm not against leaving issues unscheduled, but we should make clear
to users that this will mean "no interest/resources for fixing it,
you're on your own".
