For having metadata annotations to compile with Java 5, we need to create a
"jaxb-dummy" module. I noticed that a "sde-dummy" module already exists for
arcsde plugin. Should we do the following?

   1) Create a "maven/dummy" directory.

   2) Move "modules/plugin/arcsde/sde-dummy/" to "maven/dummy/arcsde/".

   3) Move "modules/plugin/arcsde/datastore/" to "modules/plugin/arcsde/"
in order to keep this plugin at the same level than all other plugins
(I guess that the extra-level was created only for making room for
      "sde-dummy").

   4) Create "maven/dummy/jaxb/" (would be Cédric's work).

   5) If there is any other dummy JAR, move them to "maven/dummy" as well
so they are not confused with real plugins/libraries/etc.

Does it make sense?

        Martin
