also it seems to me the jaxb dummy module is one that could dissapear in the 
future if geotools is somehow moving to Java 1.6, but the sde dummy is going 
to stay at least esri allows free distribution of the actual jars, which I 
don't think is gonna happen.

Yet, if there's a strong reason to do that I don't see a major problem, but so 
far it looks like unnecessary.
