Andrea, again you are unfair. Sun is well aware of limitation in date/time handling for years. There is attempt to improve on that since many JDK releases. See the Sun bug database (I don't remember the numbers). There is a JSR about that. It is just that making this kind of changes in a standard library is *much* harder than hacking a "work for me" library. Again Adrea, I have *never* see you involved in any standardization effort.
