On the 2.5-RC0 release, the referencing module is not ready at all... Given
that
it is the case for a long time, what should be the action?
* Release as is anyway with big warning and all EPSG factories
as deprecated classes so we can edit them later
* Do not release referencing and make the rest of geotools
depends on gt-referencing-2.4.
* Any other idea?
