I also admit that if you want to step forward as a module maintainer we are open to maintaining and making "something" available that is more useful (even if it is just an out reach to the geowidgets project). We are sorry the current developer community has not been able to maintain or provide any GUI support - it is an open source project and patches speak louder then words ;-)
