Hey Ian ....

I would like to extend the idea of a "MapContext" to bring it in line 
with the Open Web Services Context document (like WMS Context but allows 
for wms, wfs, and vendor specific stuff ....). I would like to do this 
before the 3D guys show up and start making user interfaces in anger.
