Hi Chad:

I would love to have GeoTools issue OSGi plugins out of the box; "all" we need
is someone to do the work. There is an outstanding proposal describing the work
here:
-
http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTOOLS/Add+bundle+information+to+jar+manifest

I did add some stuff to net.refractions.udig.libs that configured GeoTools for
use. If you can tell me how to do that just with OSGi callbacks I would be
happy to make the change.

Specifically I want to feed some additional EPSG codes into gt-referencing and
set a few other switches on the GeoTools class.

Other than that you can just package it up yourself; using a single OSGi plugin
for all of the GeoTools jars (so that the java plugin system does not run into
classpath trouble).
