We had one of our build guys make a change to how snapshots were handled by way
of a temporary fix.
I also note that we are often running behind a nexus (i.e. maven repository on
the edge of a firewall) just to make matters more exciting.
<repository>
<id>opengeo</id>
<name>OpenGeo Maven Repository</name>
<url>http://repo.opengeo.org/</url>
<snapshots>
<enabled>true</enabled>
<updatePolicy>interval:120</updatePolicy>
</snapshots>
</repository>
