Sounds like an interesting project.
We of course are always keen to see adoption of GeoTools. If you would like to
add gvSIGCE to the list of projects on our website we ask for a small "welcome
page" introducing gvSIGCE developers to the GeoTools library.
You can see a list of examples under "Welcome Developers" along the bottom of
this page: http://docs.geotools.org
