Suppose I want to make a large number of digitised topo sheets available on the web. Ok, so I could use MapServer to do that.
Now, suppose there are occasional (but important) administrative changes to map boundaries and other features. The changes are likely to be very localised. Can anyone suggest a good way to handle that?
