birthing question

Hey, everybody.  I'm kind of confused and a little concerned right now - Gwen
has been looking like she's going to blow up, and FINALLY today, she had a
baby - around 1:30 or so, but, she's still huge, and doesn't seem interested
in having any more babies.  What's going on???
