If you have seen her pregnant that many times, trust your instincts that
something is wrong. If she were mine, I would take her to the vet. With a
cat, they can palpate the abdomen and feel if there are kittens still in
there, or also take an xray. They can give an injection to help the uterus
contract and eject the remaining babies, or sometimes the mother can bleed
too much if the uterus doesn't contract down to a smaller size after giving
birth... I have had to take cats to the vet 2 times with kittens still
inside, and another time when one's uterus just didn't contract after the
birth, and she kept leaking blood.

I think you should take her to the vet, and see what's going on right now,
and then worry about future litters or retirement.
