Also, is the one baby nursing?  That should really get things going, as
anyone who has nursed a baby soon after giving birth can attest!  Oxytocin,
the hormone that stimulates contractions of the uterus, is also the hormone
that stimulates milk to let down from the mammary glands into the ducts.  By
stimulating the let down, the baby would be stimulating uterine
contractions.
