No Subject

Hi.  Two of our four babies, now 16-18 days old, seem to be wheezing and
clicking.  Only one is bad; the other is so-so.

The vet said it is rare for babies this young to get ill.  Is this true?  I
think he believes it's congenital.

What is the best way to handle this?
