While I agree completely that this is an extremely not-right thing to do
and that the pages did need to be removed immediately, it was clear that
this person did not know that while you can provide links to other's
materials, you can not include the material itself.
She very enthusiastically invited everyone on the list to view her new
site, so obviously she did not know that she'd done something wrong.
Whether gerbils or web building we come to the list to learn and being
excessively critical defeats the purpose. In my opinion it's better to
address such things one-on-one in a firm and sensitive way, and only
escalate to a public forum or take other action if the situation is not
remedied immediately from the private interaction.

I completely agree with you, I've talked to Patty (DaChickOf2006) about this
issue and she did not know that she had copied other pages. Her site was
done by her cousin and Patty is trying to fix the problem, this situation if
not resolved should be taken out of the list and into a private conversation.
