| I completely agree with you, I've talked to Patty (DaChickOf2006) about
this
| issue and she did not know that she had copied other pages. Her site
was
| done by her cousin and Patty is trying to fix the problem, this
situation if
| not resolved should be taken out of the list and into a private
conversation.

Thanks, Shaun. That is useful info.
Let's summarize and do any other resolution privately:
** GML has a history with squabbles over people plagiarizing from others.
Some robbers pretended they didn't see what was wrong with that.
Community pressure helped to explain. So, many GML readers are sensitive
to the issue.
** Patty stole, or allowed to be stolen, material from its authors. I
personally believe she didn't know that was wrong. Not just legally
rong -- morally wrong.
** Somebody noticed her plagiarism and mentioned it here. If Patty were
truly contrite, she would have disabled her website until she understood
the problem. But she didn't. So others found THEIR material there also.
Total complaints were about four.
** Somebody said, "Take it easy on the poor kid." Others chimed in on
how rough it is in GML. (Are you kidding me?)
** Some said, "Complain in private." If it were private, then all the
others who were as ignorant as Patty wouldn't learn anything.
** Patty sees her mistakes and says she wants to fix things. I applaud
Patty. Also Shaun, Julian, and others who might have been helping Patty
privately.
Just BTW -- the first time I lost my cool in GML was when several adults
said, "But she's only 16 years old." That person had completely ignored
very generous and specific advice from several experts. As a result she
killed several gerbils.
One GML member told me when I was a rookie that the rule in most Web
forums is: "This is an adult place. You are welcome here. Please behave
like an adult."
BTW -- I have a reputation for being blind to age. Paige got my first
admiration when she was age 10.
