I just got home tonight and i had a special treat for
my two male gerbils Nicodemus and Templeton. When i
went to their tank Nickodemus was chasing Templeton
around and then to my suprise mounting him. Now
Gerbils are a new thing to me so this might sound like
a dumb question but this game of chase and mount went
on for like 20 mins of what i saw. But he would only
mount for like 4 quick seconds and then release. Is
this normal breeding for gerbils? Are my gerbils
gay?(Nickodemus is a male,and the store said that
Templeton is a male also)(they were bought two weeks
apart) Or is Templeton actually should be named
Tempest?
