You'd have to call each one and ask.  I think Delta does, one
only, (or one carryon under seat fitting carrier) with certificate,
with advance warning.  They allow one carrier per cabin.  And
first come, first spoken for...so if someone else is bringing
Fifi and calls for the 'animal reservation' first, and you second,
you won't get permission.
