Occasionally, I think that no one knows what advice to give.  I don't believe
that anyone meant to be rude, but I know that I simply didn't have anything
to say about the aforementioned situation.  I have gotten some very good
advice from this list, and I am grateful for it, but advice from the group is
voluntary, and no one is entitled to help or advice.  I have posted a number
of times, asking for help and have, from time to time, gotten no response.  
That is the way that it goes when people are giving help from the goodness of
their own hearts, sometimes you get helpful advice, sometimes you get
worthless advice, and sometimes you get nothing at all.
