Hi Kt,
I'm not a very experienced gerbil owner and does not breed (yet), so I didn't answer.
But since you haven't had a reply yet, how about these:
Dusk and Kandy -- both are small and sweet, only one year apart. Shouldn't kill each
other.
Clover and Mystic -- only one year apart, Clover is timid and Mystic sounds shyer and
more gentle. Her scuffle I assume was started by her sisters (Dawn?)
Hollie and Dawn -- both sounds rather outgoing, about the same size, one year apart,
so there shouldn't be an immediate me-boss-you-footwear reaction...
Hope that helps a bit!

I have already posted this question to the list but rudely was ignored and dint get
any advice!
Here it is again:
I want to start pairing up my lone females, but I dont know who are the best choices.
I have 6 loners, sadly, and it would be great if I could get them all back in pairs.
Buying new gerbils is out of the question and I dont breed. Here they are:
Older
Holliewood~ going to be 3 in June, rather large outgoing gal, used to be paired with
Clover.
Clover~ also going to be 3 in June, small timid thing, used to be paired with Hollie
until she had her pups.
Triplets
Dusk~ going on 2, shy runt, was spilt up from Dawn after horrible bloody fight!
Dawn~ also going on 2, medium sized, even tempered, beat up Dusk pretty badly a while
back.
Mystic~ also also going on 2, tubby sweetie, she was with Dusk & Dawn (her sisters)
until a scuff.
My baby
Kandy~ going on 1, small runt sweetheart, got her by herself, never been with any one
of my gerbies.
**Also I have another question: My 4 yrs old gerbil, Rebbie's eye gets stuck shut once
in a while... Do you think she has a cold?
THANKS TO THOSE WHO HELP!
