Anyone have any ideas about what it would take to teach gerbv about connectivity? There would be a setup where you'd define which layers were copper layers and which drill files connected which copper layers (blind/buried vias would produce multiple drill files). Then you'd select a piece of metal and hit some hotkey to highlight all metal which was electrically connected. It would be useful for helping to understand how a layout is connected.
