The first Segment not found error reported here was Forces of Nature with Brian Cox episode 3 The Moth and the Flame (b07l1zvw) It was broadcast on Monday 18 July 2016 at 2100.
I think that was my first encounter as well.
Is it possible to ask your contacts whether there is a log of what changes were made to the HLSHD stream for that programme between 4 and 7 days after broadcast? Whatever changes were made corrected the Segment not found error. Can anyone make the date range narrower?
