Being available as a boxset via Iplayer is not the same as it being broadcast. If it has not been broadcast (i.e. transmitted in a scheduled slot rather than just being available to watch on Iplayer) then it will not be in the schedule data and hence will not be in the cache which is populated from the schedules.
