broadband connection type, but perhaps bad weather has enabled water

I have recently found downloads getting faster. Since get_iplayer v3.24
I have gone back to HVF modes. I used to think Akamai was fastest, but
now Limelight seems to be faster. hvfhd3 (Akamia) used to be faster
than hvfxsd3, but I am now getting up to 95Mbit/s downloads on a
100Mbit/s connection with hvfxsd2 (Limelight).
