The Mac will still be using DNS either way, because
DNS is the protocol for translating human-readable
names (mafreebox.freebox.fr) to machine-readable
addresses.  If you're on OS X, you can use NetInfo
Manager to define a local DNS entry for
mafreebox.freebox.fr (but use caution, because NetInfo
Manager can corrupt your system if you use it
improperly!).  Otherwise just look up the IP address
manually and substitute that in your URL:

   vrac =
TTT.Get("192.168.0.100/freeboxtv/playlist.m3u",1)

or whatever the IP address is should work just as
well.
