I hacked in the device parameter to the kgi target without much thought.
I would appreciate any opinions on how the target should work in practice.

I have not tried graphic on a kgi kernel with devfs but I assume it
enumerates a /dev/graphic{0..} for each device?  If so, how should the ggi
target decide which device to run on?
