Mitch and me have already worked a bit ;-) on the plug-ins. Well, compare
the current menu with Olofs proposal. If there are any differences left,
yes changing the menupath means just replacing the one string used in
gimp_install_procedure() that indicates the menu path.
But I think you'd qualify most for providing nicer icons ;-) We are still
missing a new anchor...
