Do layer masks have offsets? Obviously you wouldn't be able to set the
offset on the mask, but perhaps it has one anyway (the layer's) ?
In any case, it makes some sense for this to be a method on a drawable,
but the C API could alias it if C developers aren't smart enough to
look in the right place :)
