The Select Colour tool isn't really supposed to help you in this fashion. The Palette dialog does not help either as I do not wish to change my image into another colour palette. There does not seem to be a way to import my images' colour palette into the Palette dialog, and thus be able to edit that.

I think you need the palette editor in this case. http://docs.gimp.org/en/ch04s13s03.html > Is there not something like Photoshop's "Save For Web" in GIMP? There is nothing comparable to Save for Web at least not at the moment: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=98017 Hope that helps Sincerely Alan Horkan Inkscape, Draw Freely http://inkscape.org _______________________________________________ Gimp-user mailing list [email protected] http://lists.xcf.berkeley.edu/mailman/listinfo/gimp-user
