Right. I have started off the documentation on the wiki. The basic
structure is underway. I will start off writing stuff for Git. Thanks
to James for taking Cogito.
Here is a link to documentation on how to use MediaWiki. It's pretty
simple actually, and borrows a lot from html.

I am not sure where is the best place to discuss documentation. I have
started off with the discussion pages on the wiki, which are self
explanatory, or we could use this list. Any suggestions welcome.
