it is a good point about `timer.set(window.maxTimestamp().plus(X))`. I believe we should then require to have a separate output timestamp like `timer.set(window.maxTimestamp().plus(X)).withOutputTimestamp(window.maxTimestamp())`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
