Review Comment:
This syntax is from Snowflake. I tested it on Snowflake, and
`USING(foo.bar)` has the same effect as `USING(bar)`.
DataFusion gave a different result; it did not deduplicate the using column.
```sh
> with t1 as (select 1 as a),
t2 as (select 1 as a)
select * from t1 join t2 using(t1.a);
+---+---+
| a | a |
+---+---+
| 1 | 1 |
+---+---+.
```
Instead of giving an incorrect result, perhaps the simplest approach is to
return an unsupported error.
