Thank you, but I do not think so...

repro A belongs to someone else. repro B does not exist, but will belong to
me.

I want to copy A to B; I do not want B to have any association with A after
the copy.

repro B must be public, but will be read-only. I doubt someone will want to
do anything with it at all (nor do I care), but I need to keep it public on
github so I do not have to pay for it.

Currently, I have repro A on my harddrive, but all the git repo associations
point to the original repro. I want to dissassociate these and create a copy
to repro B somehow.
