Hi, The CI failure has been addressed and the latest changes are ready for review. Over the past few days, I investigated the root cause of the failure based on the details from the original PR description. To narrow down the issue, I added a dedicated unit test at https://github.com/grahamsedman/trafficserver/blob/fix/lib-swoc-textview-constructors/lib/swoc/unit_tests/test_TextViewConstructors.cc covering the relevant constructor edge cases. The follow-up commits fix the underlying issue, and the new test now passes cleanly. The implementation is ready for review whenever you have a chance.
