@masaori335 The AuTest 0of4 failure is the new `connect_attempts_bind_fail` test. In the Jenkins container `bind()` to `192.0.2.1` succeeds and `connect()` then fails with `ENETUNREACH`, so both lines read `connection_result=ENETUNREACH [101] error=ENETUNREACH [101]` ([autest/46289](https://ci.trafficserver.apache.org/job/Github_Builds/job/autest/46289/)). The fix works on both paths there; only the expected errno is platform-specific. Matching any real errno would make the test portable, e.g. `connection_result=E[A-Z]+ \[\d+\] error=E[A-Z]+`.
